While conscious citizens and social activists were celebrating Earth Day on 22 April 2013, one saw foam and Plastic being burned in the main popular road-Rajpur Road of Dehradun in Uttarakhand state and polluting the environment in the beautiful valley of Doon. Well….. who will compalin and where to complain is the question.
